Hi, I’m Liz Bowden
I am a space-holder, breathwork facilitator, and HTMA practitioner rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationship—with our bodies, with the natural world, and with the deeper currents of our own lives.
For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the places where nature and healing meet. My path has taken me through years of studying herbalism, regenerative agriculture, breathwork, mineral balancing, and the wisdom carried by traditional cultures. Some of my greatest teachers have never been found in a classroom, but in forests, gardens, around campfires, on working farms, and in the quiet lessons that only time in nature can offer.
My own path has been one of continual death and rebirth.
For years I chased healing. Ceremony after ceremony. Modality after modality. Always reaching for the next thing that might finally fix what felt broken. I was devoted to wellness in a way that, looking back, was its own kind of escapism—an endless search for the next answer instead of learning how to truly inhabit my own life.
It was HTMA, alongside life's humbling lessons, that transformed how I understood healing. Not as something to fix or force, but as something that naturally emerges when we create the conditions for life to flourish.
I often think of HTMA as soil testing for the body.
Just as healthy soil is the foundation for a thriving ecosystem, healthy mineral terrain is the foundation for a resilient body. HTMA offers an actual map of what the body is asking for—not what we assume it needs, but what it's genuinely communicating.
While blood work provides an important snapshot, HTMA reveals deeper patterns that help us restore what's been depleted and rebuild from the ground up. For me, this is where science and the wisdom of nature beautifully meet.
I'm fascinated by both the mineral body and the mythic life—by what our physiology reveals, and by the stories, relationships, rites of passage, and seasons that quietly shape who we're becoming.
Through Wild Marrow, I weave together mineral balancing, breathwork, ritual, and integrative coaching—not as separate modalities, but as one continuous thread. Together they support women in restoring what has been depleted, rebuilding resilience, and cultivating lives that feel more rooted, more vibrant, and more genuinely their own.
I believe the same principles that regenerate healthy soil also regenerate healthy people: nourishment, diversity, relationship, patience, and time. Healing isn't something we force. It's something we create the conditions for.
At the heart of all of it is repair. Between body and mind. Between feminine and masculine. Between humans and the earth. Between the food that nourishes us and the bodies that receive it. And within the fragmented places of ourselves that are quietly longing to become whole.
This work is deeply personal because it has transformed the way I live. It has taught me to trust the wisdom of the body, to move at the pace of nature rather than urgency, and to believe that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who we've been all along.
It is an honor to walk alongside women who feel called to nourish what has been depleted, remember what has been forgotten, and cultivate lives rooted in resilience, beauty, and real vitality—lives that ripple outward into their families, communities, and the generations to come.
